Cutting Wire Angle Setter

This simple, yet effective guide makes setting of the wire angle of your hot wire foam cutter quick and easy. Just stand the guide against the wire as it is adjusted to the required angle.

The jig is made from 3mm Premium Grade Medite MDF. It is available in two options, fully finished and assembled, or as a kit of parts for self assembly and finishing.

The fully finished option has been sanded, sealed and the working surfaces lacquered. The kit comprises all the parts as they come off the laser cutter ready for self-
assembly and finishing.

The guide consists of two sides, one side is etched for even angles from 45 to 90 degrees in 2 degree steps. The other side has the odd numbered angles in 2 degree steps.
